The three types of health We all

[ad_1]

When we hear the word health, we think probably the first of our physical health … mental health and our financial health of our coming second and third.

But, as with all things, we should seek a balance in life; and though our physical health is the most important of the three, it is good to realize that one without the two does not make for a great life. We must keep all three if we are going to have the best presence; We must work on all three if we are to find any peace in our daily lives.

our physical health is the basis of a daily capacity of our movement and overall performance. If we are not healthy, it will affect both our mental and our financial health; If the discomfort or not, we are mentally challenged through each day to overcome the pain of resistant and lack of exercise in fighting. Added to this, we are less likely to be on our game when it comes to earning money and we are more likely to spend time in our medical centers that will cost us money.

When it comes to mental health, we are dealing with emotions, most notoriously difficult aspect of our existence, the most difficult to overcome, the most powerful part of all men; if we can learn to control or come to terms with our feelings we have the ability to accomplish anything; Our mind is the strongest ally of ours when it works for us and the biggest enemy of us when it constrains Pires against us, it is one that we have with us all the time, chattering away, telling us that we can (or can not) do something; our mind has the ability to cause illness or avoid illness, it has the strength to give us adrenaline to enact feats of heroism or collapse in a moment of weakness and desperation. Positive mental health is critical if we are to be happy.

Financial health is the least important of the three, but it has the power to cultivate trust. If we are financially stable we have the ability to enjoy many types of freedom, to experience numerous ways of life to eat the infinite varieties of pleasure. However, financial instability ‘success’ may also cause a tremendous amount of stress, responsibilities mount up with assets that roughness with mental and physical health can grow more acute with financial burdens. The other end of the scale is no more attractive – financial poverty often leads to mental and physical poverty too. Balance is essential if we are to find what we desire truly.

To achieve the balance needed to get to a place of physical, mental and financial health is not easy. We are (as in so many) “miseducated” about what we certainly need and what we can truly do without; we are not encouraged to find a balance in life, we are usually pushed to one type of treatment or another by those around us or that voice within us, given a certain life goals that we have to cover the cost of finding a healthy balance all three.

Physical health is very possible by doing a few simple things; drink water, lots of it – not soft drinks, fruit drinks, power drinks or alcoholic beverages; Exercise regularly – and by that I mean to do something your glad body everyday, stretching, yoga, weights, walking, running, swimming, whatever, but anything that temperature, which gets the blood flowing and fat burning, you must be you did; eat small amounts, but often begin to change 3 meals a day habit – snack on healthy foods, eating fruits, vegetables and protein and varied diet so it becomes a lifestyle not a fad. If you do these three things, you can also splurge on treats such as alcohol once in a while, rest after exercise and candy every few days (no time); when you begin to exercise properly and eat food regularly metabolism will work continuously and spend what you put into it so that even ‘bad things’ disappear faster, and either way, you will notice improvement in energy levels and increase in your self esteem. But, as I said, it has to become a way of life, not a momentary fad, and as will be the way of life it will become easier and easier to continue to be healthy.

Mental health is achieved by being the object of life. Humans are very subjective types (which means that we see the situation from our point of view without looking at it from the outside); and this subjectivity makes us helpless when it comes to overcome our feelings; we must learn to see the bigger picture, and if we are able to do that we are able to see that we can not control the actions of other humans, we can not force the world to bend to our will, we will always be faced with obstacles and we will always have to avoid the drama; that’s just how it is. So, knowing that it suddenly becomes easier to accept change, to recognize that every day we have to keep our cool and work out a solution rather than trying to force life to be what we want it was. It is important that we take life for what it is, and we can see most of the problems, issues and actors who seem Blind Side us so regularly. If we continue to hope for the best but prepared for the worst then we go forward with a positive attitude and we are not fearful or defeated for the moment something “unexpected” comes our way because we were prepared to deal with whatever life throws at us. Simplifying life is the best way to be at peace spiritually; learn to eliminate unnecessary objects, people or occasion is the easiest way to find a life balance that in turn will create mental stability and mental health.

financial independence is important; and we can all do it if we put our minds to it; no matter what socio-economic class you could come from it, you can create a home that is clean, efficient and attractive without having to go into debt, without having to stretch your limits. But it does come with the need for balance, and self control to realize what you can and can not afford at this time. For example, no point having a TV if you can not pay the rent or afford a car; there is no point burden you with the expense of cable if it means you can not pay for gas or insurance on your car. And if you can not afford a TV, then go to the library and read – you will learn more and you will grow more. Spend less and you do not have to work so hard to learn to enjoy the simple pleasure again, realize that all of the best things in life are free, and suddenly you’ll come up with interesting ways to pass the time, more satisfying ways to spend your life, think outside the financial box, try to do things differently from the way you were taught, look at how the world really works and the question of which choice you make to make sure that they are right you (not just what everyone else does), save a little and enjoy a lot, be wise with your purchase, do not buy something for momentary buzz or screw someone over for profit that you think that you get, begin to re-work the way that you use yourself and try to win the career you love, not just a job that makes you money – when you find financial balance you will find a weight lifted off your mind. Financial freedom is possible with a little self discipline. At the other end of the scale, which need to be too rich will only affect mental and physical health in the end, the financial health will only be maintained if you delete inappropriate time to maintain it at the expense of your physical activity and mental ability. Be financially healthy requires a balanced, self-discipline and the ability to see what you can and can not afford to burden himself with.

health is essential if you are to live with freedom; physical health allows you the freedom to go wherever you may so desire; mental health gives you the freedom to be alone or to surround yourself with positive energy; financial health buy you freedom experience. Keep each of these; decided to change the inbuilt ‘miseducation’ of the past and work out a new and easier way to exist.

Everything is possible if you choose health.
