There is a famous quote from Eastern Europe Georgia (former Soviet Union) for a long life for people in the region. They have traditionally consumed a lot of fermented foods, including yogurt, but this is not very practical in many regions of the world today, including in the United States. Many are lactose intolerant, you can still eat fermented foods!

I’m not sure I would want to be working in farm fields at 100, but I would love to still be riding in them ages!

I know that my family has greatly benefited from fermented foods. My husband and I are in our 50, feeling and looking better than we did in our 30’s! intestinal issues Cj are healthy, his mind is clear and his body healthy. In fact, all our children healthy. Our ancestors were something of fermentation of food to keep them edible for longer. our bodies can not handle the stuff it takes to maintain stable food / fresh on our shelves for years. I’d much rather have “good” bacteria from fermented foods in my my gut, rather than subject my body to harmful toxins in processed foods.
